I’m So Glad
You’re Here!
Meet Sarah
Hey there! I’m Sarah Mullinax, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Port Orange, Florida. With a unique blend of professional experience and personal insight, I’m dedicated to helping women shed the weight of shame, self-judgment, and limiting beliefs, guiding them toward embracing their authentic selves.
I'm passionate about helping fellow women break free from the barriers preventing them from recognizing their inherent worthiness and living authentically, embracing their imperfections as part of their journey.
My mission is to empower individuals to confront life's hurdles with resilience, support, and self-compassion. I firmly believe in the power of community and reject the notion that we should face our struggles in isolation. While I cannot erase the challenges you face, I'm here to offer steadfast support and guidance, helping you cultivate understanding, self-compassion, and the tools necessary to navigate your path forward.
While I have specialized training in issues surrounding Maternal Mental Health, I provide a safe and healing space where anyone who is struggling can come to get help.

Stepping into therapy is an act of courage and vulnerability. Everyone, regardless of their background, deserves to seek support without facing microaggressions or added oppression. In my practice, I am dedicated to creating a space where individuals of all gender identities, sexual orientations, ethnicities, and body sizes feel honored and secure. I am committed to recognizing how various forms of oppression intersect and shape each person's journey. By continuously learning, consulting with peers, and practicing cultural humility, I strive to understand and validate your unique lived experience.
